Job Description:
- Undergo training for non-supervisory roles to understand and perform these functions.
- Participate in management training to develop leadership and operational management skills.
- Complete all trainings to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform independently.
- Perform duties in the best interest of the company, upholding its Vision, Mission statement, and Values.
- Handle food and beverage preparation, ensuring desired quality and standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Address customer queries and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food, customer service, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards.
- Perform cashiering duties and manage ordering systems.
- Manage staff rosters and attendance.
- Conduct service training and improvements.
- Report sales results and productivity to management.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee purchasing to stay within budget.
- Serve as a backup for all positions.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
- Previous management trainee experience preferred in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to learn.
- Team player.
- Customer-centric.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
