This exciting opportunity will see you take on responsibility for leading and managing HR Service advisors, Pay & Time operations and Work Force Administration in the region but fully connected globally. You will play an active role in cultivating an end- to- end employee services mindset and driving operations excellence in alignment with Global HR Operations initiatives and APAC stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
· Leads and develops the HR Services Team in APAC.
· Provide reporting that supports the organization’s decision-making process and improve transactional efficiency.
· Liaise and collaborate with the HR Business Partner, Centre of Excellence and the service delivery partners in APAC to ensure effective/efficient service delivery.
· Support the Global Head of HR Services in global optimization projects.
· Managing internal and external stakeholders within the HR Services Team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Deliver globally aligned HR services, procedures and processes in compliance with our SLA.
· Work with site leadership to identify deliverable gaps and provide solutions.
· Negotiation with third party contractors and maintains a guiding presence on Lonza’s regional governance committees.
· Responsible for maintaining all compliance requirements of HR transactional processes.
Key requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management of Business Management, Chemical Engineering and/or CPIM Preferred.
· Experience with maintenance, creation and/or modifications of codes and functions within an ERP systems. SAP preferred.
· Strong analytical skills. Prior experience using Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports is an advantage.
· Experience using MS Office Suite.
· Excellent Communication Skills and Attention to Detail.
