We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team. As an importer, exporter, and wholesaler of a wide range of food products, we need a dedicated individual to manage our full set of accounts. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in handling a full set of accounts
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
