Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee office network, Office 365 email and end point support for an SME of average 50 pax.
- Work with vendors on network management and end point support including the following:
- End-point support & troubleshooting (incl. Microsoft 365).
- Work with service providers to maintain network and infrastructure.
- Review periodic server and infrastructure reports.
- Review and follow up on alerts from Security Operation Centre.
- Configuration of equipment (laptop, mobile phone) for new acquisition, decommission, re-deployment.
- Ensure SLA are adhered to by appointed vendors.
3) Able to be hands-on to trouble shoot issues.
4) Provide input on IT security robustness for 3rd party application where required.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum diploma qualification in IT/ computer systems & studies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Comfortable in a fast pace working environment.
- Fast learner, resourceful and good with problem solving.
- Can communicate well across levels.
