What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine according to traditional recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and final dishes.
- Assist in the management tasks of hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching kitchen staff.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to meet health and safety standards.
