Job Responsibilities:
- Handle of full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly annual management reports & financial reports.
- Prepare Year-End closing/Accruals. Month end closing.
- Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretary and Tax Agents.
- Prepare necessary documents and assist on yearly stock take.
- Prepare and submit GST quarterly.
- Prepare submission of Government grants
- In charge of Petty Cash, checking and reimbursement of all claims.
- Handling all bank matters, liaising and work with bank relationship manager.
- Prepare GST reports and submit to IRAS.
Requirements:
- With relevant experience will be an added advantage
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good to have Class 3/3A License (Own transport would be a plus point.)
- Able to travel out to meet clients by means of public transport
- Possess strong negotiation and selling skills
- Has good connection in the Contractor, Interior Designer & Direct Owners would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in blinds & flooring would be an advantage
