Location: Fully Remote/Work from Home (Flexible Schedule)


About Us:

Innovate Marketing Studio is a dynamic start-up focused on delivering innovative marketing solutions to our clients. As a young and vibrant company, we are currently in the preparation and initial stages of our journey. We are looking for a talented Design and Social Media Intern/Freelancer who is passionate about social media, design, branding, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role offers the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance.


Role Overview:

As a Design and Social Media Intern/Freelancer, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts. For the first month, you will work directly with the founder on tasks including creating engaging social media posts for Facebook and Instagram, designing aesthetically pleasing presentations and documents, assisting with basic web updates and improvements using Wix, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities for the First Month:

1)Social Media Content Creation:

-Develop and design engaging social media posts for Facebook and Instagram.

-Work with the founder to create content calendars and strategies.

-Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice and aesthetic.

2)Design and Branding:

-Create visually appealing and branded PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.

-Collaborate with the founder to ensure consistency in design and messaging across all materials.

-Assist in the development of marketing materials and other design-related tasks as needed.

3)Web Updates and Improvements:

-Assist with basic web updates and improvements using Wix.

-Ensure the website remains up-to-date and provides a positive user experience.

4)Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks:

-Create sales pitch PowerPoint presentations.

-Develop onboarding documents.

-Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative duties to support the founder.


Compensation for the First Month:Salary: $1600

Working Hours: able to commit 40 hours per week, any time from Monday to Sunday (own time own target as long as you complete the task on time)

Work Ethic: Must be independent, and possess good time management skills.

Communication Tools: Utilize Slack and WhatsApp for communication.


Project Management: Use Asana to plan daily tasks and provide updates to the founder on progress.

Post-First Month Responsibilities and Compensation:

After the first month, you will transition to project-based work while continuing as a freelancer.

Your compensation will be based on the number and tier of projects you undertake:

1st Tier Project: $600 per project

2nd Tier Project: $1000 per project

3rd Tier Project: $1800 per project

Your earnings will depend on the number of projects you successfully complete each month.


Future Opportunities:

If your performance is exceptional, there is potential for this role to convert into a full-time Social Media Specialist position(with full time salary and cpf contribution).


Requirements:

-Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

-Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

-Ability to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

-Basic knowledge of web updates and experience using Wix.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

-Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
