- Processing of all transactions in the Trade Finance Operations team
- Ensure proper booking of transactions in the system and timely settlement of transactions
- Appropriate handling of customer’s queries and those escalated by the team members.
- Active follow up of transactions relating to the portfolio of clients assigned.
- Validate system inputs for trade finance, loans, fund-transfers, and account operations transactions if necessary.
- Investigate on any errors/discrepancies with transactions including settlements, postings, limits etc.
- Advise customers on transaction-related enquiries.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Banking
- On job training provided
