As an Insurance Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in their Sales Operations Department, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact between insurers, sales consultants, and clients, ensuring seamless management of insurance applications from start to finish.
- Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer's illustrations for sales consultants' meetings.
- Provide comprehensive support for new business sales and after-sales policy services for sales consultants.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM system.
- Coordinate pre-case submission tasks, including medical bookings, KYC document preparation, and insurer's application forms.
- Manage new business case submissions to various insurers, collaborating closely with sales consultants from application to policy inception.
- Handle monthly reporting for banking purposes.
- Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor within the Sales Operations Department.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in financial industry.
- Proficiency in software for insurer's illustrations.
- Strong understanding of underwriting requirements for efficient case submissions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
