Job Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing by sourcing for pricing of material/ components as described by technical department.
- Present the results for decision and issuance of PO.
- Follow up on order status, delivery timings, etc. To receive the goods in a timely manner.
- Paperwork to track PO issues, filing of the paperwork for future retrieval for repeat orders, etc.
- Ensure received goods are the correct items, quantity, and storage within company.
- Continuous sourcing for best pricing for regularly used material.
- Liaise with Delivery and Accounts for incoming/ outgoing payments and collection/ delivery of material.
- Update the company chatgroup for daily work schedule instructions.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer at least have 1 to 2 years experiences in purchasing field.
- Precise verbal and written communication abilities.
Highlights:
- Salary Range: S$2200 to S$2500
- Working Day: 5 working days (Mon to Fri)
- Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Work Location: Lakeside, nearest MRT station.
