The incumbent is responsible for promoting and selling our products directly or indirectly to hospitals and medical professionals. He/She will build strong customer relations through excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- accountable for achieving business plan within assigned accounts and delivering profitable growth.
- provide technical support, including tools maintenance, testing, directly or indirectly to field.
- assist in implantations/procedures and follow-up.
- perform root cause analysis and simple troubleshooting.
- work on tenders in hospitals
- work closely with Doctors during implantations and device troubleshooting
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or related field of medical discipline.
- minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in medical device industry.
- strong written and verbal skills in English.
- high level of energy and passion to drive products to the assigned accounts.
- good knowledge of working in sterile room environment and know medical device product lines through interaction or procedural consultation.
- good relationships with doctors to support product lines.
- proven knowledge of clinical support to surgeons during procedures a plus.
- effective communication skills.
- basic knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to identify potential opportunities.
- require 24/7 on-call service to customers
- analytical and diagnostical; keen in technical troubleshooting and enjoy problem solving
- able to keep up in a fast paced environment
