VISEO is seeking an experienced Anaplan Retail Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) , with expertise in Merchandise Category, Financial Planning OTB etc, to join our consulting and professional Services Practice You will be involved in designing and building the next generation of cloud-based Retail Planning solutions offering for our enterprise customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as part of the Team involved in the Design, development, implementation, and modification of Retail Planning using the Anaplan Platform
- Work with our Anaplan Model Builders and Solution Architects to translate your experience and business needs into functional requirements
- Help design and improve the experience for the Retail Planning process such as Merchandise Category Planning, Assortments, Open to Buy(OTB), Range Planning, and Store Level Profitability Analysis
- Work with our support engineers to translate critical financial cases into technical needs
- Interact with existing and new clients to understand their Planning requirements
- Work as an SME to support all implementations in the Retail Industry
- Conduct requirements Gathering workshop with Retail Planning Users, Give Recommendations and best practices
- Drive Expand beyond the current Use Case for Anaplan ACV & Implementation Services
- Develop Accelerators and pre-built apps for the Retail Industry not limited to the following:
- Merch Financial Planning
- Assortment & Buy
- Collection Pricing
- Fashion Sourcing
- In Season Planning & Supply optimization
- Store Staff Incentives
- Open to Buy
- Range Planning
- Perform Scoping for the Retail Prospects and Customers, and drive Proof of concept during the presales cycle
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple implementations in Asia
- Work closely with Solution Architects (SAs) and Model Builders (MBs) for the delivery of our Solutions
- Be a Single point of contact (SPOC) for matters related to Retail Customers Use Cases and beyond
- Conduct Best practices, knowledge Transfer to the Team
- Participate in Webinars and industry talks and represent the VISEO Brand
PROFILE
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail Industry, preferably Luxury Retail with a track record demonstrating excellent skills
- Mnimum 10 years of total in IT Industry working with software development
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, IT, Operations or Accounting.
- Understanding of the latest trends in the Retail Industry and omni channels
- Experience in Retail planning processes, understanding various localization requirements
- Experience and understanding in working with various retail planning processes from Demand to Supply to meet the targets
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of the difference between Luxury Retail, Traditional Brick & Mortar / E-commerce
- Qualified CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Experienced in Retail Technologies like POS will be an added advantage
