- Assist Head in planning and developing programs and intervention methods
- Must be able to demonstrate good outcome management, keeping proper evaluation report and feedback
- Supervise and manage team in working with children and youth in a drop-in centre
- Supervise and manage team in developmental work and casework
Requirements:
- Degree in Social work, Counselling or Psychology
- 5 years of experience in social service setting
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Agile and flexible in working with children and youth aged 9 to 18
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence
