Job Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR Recruitment process
- Understand recruitment needs and work closely with hiring managers to source for appropriate talents effectively and efficiently
- Administer recruitment related updates and reports
- Coordinate with HR team to providepositive employee experience, i.e. on-boarding, orientation, off-boarding, meeting arrangements, events and logistics
- Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations
- Prepare, maintain and update employees’ p-files, letters and documents
- Provide guidance and advice to staff, and answering day-to- day employee related queries
- Provide generaladministrative support and participate in ad- hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resource related experience
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
- Familiarity with various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations
- Understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience working with HR-related software or SAP (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with employment act laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and attention to detail
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
