Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling customs clearance for products entering Licensed Warehouse (LW)
- Coordinate and liaise with various departments and customers to ensure smooth transaction in all import & export shipments and cross-trade operational matter
- Customer service ad-hoc duties
- Handling and checking of shipping documents
- Arranging import/export shipments for customers
- Ensure work processes on Customer’s shipment handling
- requirements are continuously administered and updated
- Support Marketing and Sales Team in all marketing and customer support activities as needed
