Job Scope
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance the positioning and visibility of our retail brand in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
- Drive innovative campaigns and initiatives that differentiate our brand and elevate its presence in the market.
- Implement creative and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, traditional media, and experiential marketing.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and adaptation.
- Make strategic decisions to optimize brand performance and achieve measurable results in brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Demonstrate boldness and creativity in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Maintain sensitivity to market dynamics and consumer preferences to continuously refine brand strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage service partners (PR agencies) and build good relationship with key media for coverage of important events/activities
- Execution of company marketing communication initiatives that are aligned with Brand positioning and philosophy
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Communications with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Must have experience in brand management in Retail industry
- Pleasant disposition, positive and assertive
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and highly challenging environment
