Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment process including sourcing for candidates, posting job advertisements, interviewing, profiling, and talent management
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with clients, candidates & other collaborators
- Place candidates out to clients to assist in their staffing requirements
- Manage job offer closure and salary negotiation process
- Work closely with clients for business development and account management
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Human Resource or any other related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
