- Develop, inspire, and motivate team
- Create team who take care of each other and the customers they serve everyday
- Plan shift timing and ensure operational success.
- Ensure daily cash/stocks are accurate.
- Ensure daily purchasing or merchandises and that stocks levels are appropriate.
- Assisting in all other miscellaneous duties such as documentation with accounts, purchase and expenses.
- Formulate promotions together with management on how to bring further revenue to the stall.
- Will be part of core team to further expand company.
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years experience as a Team Leader
Working hours
- 5.5 days
- 8am to 5pm
