Focus:
This role leads, plans and manages the activities of a Global FMCG account, and adds vision and momentum to the business which spans across different markets. The success on the account is seen through working with multiple agencies across broadcast, social, digital and ecommerce, creating an environment for great work, being responsible for the profitable delivery of services, holding key client relationships and delivering the best creative work alongside the overall strategy of the client, and continuously striving to grow the business organically.
Key Responsibilities:
Deepen Client Relationships
- Work alongside your clients to engage new projects right from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assess feasibility and driving change for your brands.
- Foster and further positive client relationships, from primary decision makers to support teams to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable on 360 communications and be a strategic partner with the client.
Provide Exceptional Delivery
- Collaborate with different functions to remain accountable for client satisfaction, ensuring that all deliverables meet and exceed standards.
- Handle multiple briefs and projects at any point of time and lead the smooth delivery of each project.
Drive Profitable Revenue
- Ensure that margins and revenues align to our values. This includes balancing client needs with budget, innovation, and long-term growth potential.
Be a Connector
- Work in a matrix reporting structure - reporting to both Global Business Director and IPG Business Lead.
- Connect with new people, ideas, and resources.
- Break barriers that hold back progress.
- Lead the communication and coordination on the account with other sister agencies within IPG group.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of client servicing experience in a creative agency.
- Have demonstrated clear business growth year on yearManaged multi agency and disciplinary teams
- Developing a strategic POV on the brand based on client realities and objectives and providing the team direction for effective work.
- Be able to liaise with teams and holding workflows across multiple agencies and geographies
- Hands on experience of project financials and account profitability would be desired
- Knowledge of FMCG client financial systems would be a plus
- At least 5+ years at Senior Account Director and above levelReady and able to arise to a Global Business Director in time to come.
