Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
- Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers
- Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
- Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
- Interview and hire team members for outlet operations.
- Schedule job training for team members
- Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Address customer queries courteously and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
- Able to be a backup for all position
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
Job Requirement:
- Formal culinary training in Food preparation & Culinary management an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Brunch style cooking and western cuisine is preferred.
- Team player
- Interested in F&B industry
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to perform flexi shift, and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- 6 days work per week
