Job Title: Project Assistant (ID4602)
Location: Boon Lay (Fishery Port Rd)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary: $2700-$3600
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and tracking of the ERP Project, including resource allocation and time management.
• Assist in coordinating with various internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Assist in the entire system setup process, including discussions, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving them to keep the project on track.
• Assist in customizing the ERP system to best fit the company’s operations and functions, ensuring the system meets business requirements and enhances efficiency.
• Note: Once the project is completed, the role can vary depending on the current requirements and the employee's demonstrated strengths.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to handle multi-disciplinary tasks efficiently.
• Independent individual with strong ownership and initiative to complete tasks.
• Proven ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills for discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and systems, such as Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data using tools like Excel (experience with visualization tools is a bonus).
• Knowledge of Cloud, Security, and Server technology is a bonus.
