Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead the team to be independent and complete the work within time limit.
* Responsible for all staffs attendance, work schedule and roles. (Include checking production forms, test records, defects / completion status and quality standards).
Job Description:
- Need to hands-on in the preparation (weighing, mixing & etc..) of ingredients required for cooking Mala Hot Pot (麻辣香锅) and various type of sauce as required
- Involve in ordering and receiving ingredients required for production and kitchen usage
- Ensure timely delivery and adequate supply of all ingredients for production and kitchen usage (include ensuring products / ingredients replenish or replace in time and manage the expiry of products / ingredients (6 months Shelf Life)
- Responsible and accountable for smooth operation in the production / kitchen
- Implement control and ensure food quality and standard along with the consistency of item produced
- Oversee the production / kitchen and able to hands-on in the operation
- Develop, supervise and adapt work schedule
- Need to hands-on in assisting operation ( that is food preparation, packing of products, labeling and storing completed products in Cold Room )
- Responsible and manage stock inventory, product and ingredients checking (FIFO)
- Need to enter Cold Room ( -18 Degree Freezer) for inventory checking
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, cleanliness and safety in accordance with Company’s SOP and statutory or regulatory requirements
- Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties where required ( include loading and unloading goods and ingredients of at least 25kg)
Requirement:
* At least 3 - 4years of working experiences in Chinese cuisine or Food processing
* Able & willing to learn and accept different job functions in production department
* Able & willing to work under wet, humid and heat including cold room environment ( -18 Degree temperature)
* Able & willing to do loading and unloading of goods and ingredients of at least 25kg
* Able & willing to work on Public Holiday, weekends and overtime
* Able & willing to work long hours standing job
* Able to Multi Tasks and to display a hands-on approach at all times
* Good teamwork and able to work independently
* Time management / meticulous and mature in work
* Strong leadership skills and management competencies
* Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making & negotiation skills
* Excellent organization & coordination skills, including communication & interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people
