Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Strategy
- Work with HRD on identifying and building talent pipeline for critical roles and fulfilling existing roles.
- Develop Recruitment Strategy align with Company’s people goals and direction
- Proactively engage passive and active talents in the marketplace to meet current and future talent pipeline needs.
- Building the company branding strategy within Singapore.
- Be hands-on in daily recruitment operations, developing and implementing policies and processes that would further enhance the recruitment experience of potential candidates, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the key stakeholders in identifying their hiring needs and challenges, and providing insightful solutions.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans and align with HRD.
- Implement strategies to drive continuous recruitment efficiencies and quality metrics such as time-to-fill vacancies that meet dynamic business needs, qualified applicants-per-requisition, acceptance rate, candidate-to-hire conversion rate, and retention/satisfaction scores.
Recruitment
- Determine current staffing needs and produce candidates forecasts.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Be creative in candidates sourcing via candidates portals, headhunting, social media, and the internal referral program.
- Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time.
- Expand and strengthen recruitment channels for existing and future openings and internships.
- Tap into diverse recruiting resources that support recruiting activities by building relationships with internal groups.
- Support local/ external schools placement and programmes
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Support candidates’ management and offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Ensure new hires are well onboarded.
- Accurately track and report on the recruitment, onboarding and confirmation process based on agreed KPIs.
- Understand support any psychometric assessment
Requirement
- Min at least 5 years of recruitment experience in talent acquisition.
- Degree in any related field, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
- Strong in candidates and Stakeholders management
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and different types job boards
- Excellent communicator (written and spoken), resourceful and well-organized
