1) Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute a variety of events including financial planning awards night, public seminars, and members networking events.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and attendee management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed seamlessly and within budget.
2) Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the editorial board to contribute to the association's newsletter and magazines.
- Coordinate content creation, editing, and publication schedules.
- Ensure content aligns with association goals and effectively communicates member benefits and industry insights.
3) Membership Promotion:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote membership benefits and enhance member engagement.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Act as a liaison between the association and its members to address inquiries and enhance member satisfaction.
4) Logistical Support:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the day-to-day operations of the association.
- Assist in managing office operations, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications - Diploma (in any discipline) or GCE ‘A’ Level holder or equivalent. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Experiences - Proven experience in event management, marketing or business management / development preferred
Proficiency - Knowledge in MS Office and Education Software/ Tools preferred
Salary - S$3,000 – S$3,500 monthly
