The Strategy and Partnership Development (SPD) department plays a dual-complementary function of identifying the strategic directions and goals of S3 and developing partnerships to enable the growth.
The successful applicant will report to and work closely with the Head to support S3’s strategy planning efforts and alignment with internal stakeholders. Concurrently, he/she will support S3’s partnership development efforts that include stakeholder management, volunteer management, fundraising, and developing impact reports.
Responsibilities
Strategy Planning
- Support the Head in the development of S3’s strategic direction and work planning efforts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across internal stakeholder teams
- Track, measure progress, and provide timely updates of strategic initiatives and goals to S3 management (such as group performance indicators)
Partnership Development
- Serve as the Volunteer Development Manager to oversee volunteer coordination and plan and review the volunteer training and engagement framework, and develop meaningful and impactful volunteer programmes
- Serve as the account manager for assigned external stakeholders, such as organisations, partners, corporate volunteers, and donors.
- Lead and coordinate fundraising efforts and donor appreciation/recognition events, and ensure timely administration of donor correspondence and thank you letters

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in a hybrid format, including reporting to our two locations (S3 Enabling Village and S3 Jurong Point), and travelling for meetings with partners
- Enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
