PURPOSE:
We are currently recruiting for Senior Business Analyst for our client engagements who will be working with the clients’ business stakeholders to identify value of their processes, assess automation opportunities, document and optimize the business processes of the clients’ departments. Responsibilities also include creation of the functional requirements and will work closely with Solution Architects and Solution Developers to ensure the implemented process supports client's functional needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Provide functional and operational recommendations to clients’ functional teams & business stakeholders
- Review and help refine automation and process excellence business cases to optimize, improve and automate business processes to deliver the desired business outcome
- Help create an automation and business value consulting pipeline to ensure adoption of automation and process excellence capabilities to drive the “automation first and process excellence” strategy for FujiFilm clients.
- Conduct high-level assessment, create detailed As-Is process description, detailed To-Be automated process description, and define quantifiable business cases with a sound understanding of Business Process Automation (BPA) products and platform.
- Work with clients’ internal functional teams and business stakeholders to extract use cases from their existing implementations
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to create an implementation plan for the BPA solution designed and work closely with BPA Developers to support them through testing and deployment.
- Participate in workshops to help shape best fit solution for selected process area
- Interact with business stakeholders to present automation and process excellence sources of value in the chosen process areas
- Coordinate with client’s internal functional teams and business stakeholders regularly for scope clarifications.
- Identify reusable solutions to improve Fujifilm BPA solutions offering and industry blueprint
- Act as a communication bridge between FujiFilm and clients’ stakeholders
- Develop success stories and case studies for adoption of Fujifilm BPA capabilities to be shared with clients and in the industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience in process documentation/ business analysis or consultancy
- Minimum 3-5 years of overall experience in operations or process consultancy in any of the following areas: demand to quote, order to fulfillment, issue to resolution, invoice to cash, record to report, hire to retire, information/data management, sales operations, compensation.
- Experience in understanding business processes implemented in enterprise applications like Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, Concur, Coupa, SAP, Esker etc.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills
- Experience in effectively engaging and working with a global team
- Great verbal and written communication along with presentation skills
- Strong process minded thinking, problem solver and solutions-oriented
- Working knowledge and experience in delivering at least 4 Process Improvement Projects using Frameworks such LEAN, PDCA etc yielding significant project benefits
- Thinkers and analysers - with the ability to engage with stakeholders to listen, understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
- Certification in Business Analysis IIBA, Certification in Business Analysis for RPA e.g. UiPath is a plus
- Knowledge of RPA technologies e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism
- Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA tool hands-on, applying OCR, NLP, AI/ML etc. capabilities to enhance business process and performance is an advantage
