Accounts & Administration Assistant

Adeka (asia) Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

  • handle day to day accounting entries
  • update cashbook and document filing
  • monitor customer and and vendor accounts
  • follow up on outstanding receipts and payments
  • liaising with vendors and perform payments
  • any other adminsistrative duties assigned


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years related experience
  • Computer Literacy Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to start work in short notice or immediately is an advantage
