Job Description
- Report directly to the IT Manager and be accountable for achieving KPIs established by them.
- Collaborate with IT Specialists to provide support, follow-up, and resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 issues/incidents reported by users via Zendesk Helpdesk System, phone, email, or on-site detection.
- Oversee the smooth operation of all IT Infrastructure and Operations, including networks, systems, applications, cloud servers, portals, and IT-related clubhouse facilities and services, ensuring alignment with the department's strategic objectives and targets.
- Ensure successful implementation, migration, relocation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Manage the IT Support Outsourced Vendor to ensure smooth operations in accordance with Service Level Agreements, conducting regular scheduled/ad-hoc progress status meetings.
- Lead and manage Incident Response and Incident Management with internal and external parties until resolution and closure.
- Develop and execute strategies for the development and management of IT infrastructure in support of organizational objectives.
- Lead and facilitate all IT operation-related projects from inception to closure, adhering to project management requirements.
- Assist in ad-hoc procurement requests for hardware, software, applications, cloud servers, and professional services necessary for smooth IT operations.
- Forge partnerships with business process owners to enhance attributes contributing to positive internal customer experiences.
- Continuously identify ways to improve IT services, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen internal customer relationships.
- Enforce compliance with organizational policies, methodologies, and standards to meet audit and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement enterprise IT architecture referencing industrial standards and practices to effectively support business operations and ensure efficiency and security in system delivery.
- Develop, review annually, and implement IT policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with auditing requirements.
- Formulate, develop, and review yearly Cybersecurity policies and guidelines to safeguard IT systems against threats.
- Conduct periodic status and health checks on IT systems to ensure operational readiness, incident escalation, problem resolution, and capacity planning.
- Formulate recommendations for IT crisis management, such as Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Continuity Plan, and participate in related exercises.
- Ensure adherence to procurement procedures outlined in Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist and facilitate yearly IT audits, both internal and external.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience of 2 to 3 years in IT Support, Helpdesk, Network Administration, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in installation, administration, vulnerability assessment, and hardening of Server Hardware, Operating Systems, and Virtual Machines.
- Availability to work weekends to provide IT Support coverage
