About The Role
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Assistant Director (Finance and Admin)
KEY LIAISON
Internal: Staff of CWS
External: Beneficiaries, Donors, Government Agencies, Auditors, Suppliers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Reports to Manager, Finance and Asst. Director (Finance and Admin)
2) Sort and distribute letters for Catholic Welfare Services
3) Assisting in Accounts Payable operational standards for all services of Catholic Welfare Services including management of petty cash.
4) Update and adhere to Procurement Standard Operating Procedures
5) Assisting in General Ledger and schedules of Catholic Welfare Services
6) Adhere to Donations policy and procedures by counting, verifying and issuance of receipts for cash, cheques, bank transfers and giro from donors
7) Adhere to Cash Collection policy and procedures by monitoring cash collections and banking if necessary
8) Adhere to policy changes from relevant authorities (eg. MOM, MOH, MSF, CPF, Banks)
9) Assisting in filing and documentation updates for banks (board members change/etc)
9) Assist in reports and schedules for management meetings
10) Any others assignments by and Asst. Director
Technical Competencies:
MS Excel and Word proficiency
Core Competencies:
Knowledge in Accounts Payable and General Ledger function

Keen eye and attention to details
