RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Associate of HR Shared Services, you will report to the Manager of HR Shared Services and work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Attraction and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR related functions.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shared services centre to ensure deliverables and service levels are met
  • Manage all HR Manpower related grants including liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage all MOM Surveys and HR reporting/data requests
  • Support in organisation wide Manpower Planning and Budgeting Cycle
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required. e.g. performance appraisal exercises, salary and bonus reviews
  • Participate in continuous process improvement projects and policies review to implement standardisation and simplification initiatives to drive higher performance, efficiency and productivity within HR
  • Manage internal and external audit activities for the HR department with various stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related qualification
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant HR Shared Services experience
  • Meticulous and strong attention to details, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due care
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in Google Workspace collaborative tools and ExcelExperience in SuccessFactors system is an added advantage
  • Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities
