Our client is a leading financial institution with a worldwide presence. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and resourceful Credit Risk Analyst to join their office in Singapore.
In this role, you will join an existing desk to cover the credit risk assessment of structured finance transactions in the region. You will ensure that the standard of credit analysis is of consistently high quality and collaborate with the structured finance origination team in the structuring of complex financing transactions, including representing the bank in the relevant meetings as part of the deal management process. You will recommend decisions on credit exposures in line with assigned credit authorities.
On top of that, the team carries ongoing monitoring and proactive management of a complex structured finance portfolio in different jurisdictions across the Asia Pacific. You will work on preparing regular credit reviews according to policy, including cash flow and financial statement analysis on a historical and projected basis, evaluation and analysis of the financial condition of key contract parties, and regulatory and industry risks.
You should have relevant credit risk management experience from a reputable bank and advanced financial and cashflow analysis skills, ideally with good experience in structured finance transactions. Candidates without structured finance experience are encouraged to apply too. You will have a commercial mindset, and distinctive analytical and financial skills.
