Responsibilities:
- Providing primary backup and support for networks in case of failures or issues
- Performing troubleshooting on network programs and systems
- Preparing reports and analyzing trends after system failures
- Supporting others in the region basis centralized backup support and SLA
- Hands on experience in supporting Network.
- Hands on experience in desktop, laptop, printer & scanner configuration
- Installation & Troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients and other software
- Knowledge of audio/ video conference device setup
- Hands on experience in supporting Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server, Patch management
- Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues (Switches/Wifi)
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS / SDWAN
- Basic knowledge of application installation & troubleshooting
- Ability to work with teams across geographies and time zones
- Hands on experience in Asset Management tools i.e. Desktop Central
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in IT / Networking / Others
- Minimum 5 years supporting corporate end user services
- Highly experienced in providing support to Large Corporate Infrastructure 180+ onsite end users
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to engage with senior Business stake holders
- Ability to lead a team local as well as remote locations
