Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Understand and address unique benefits needs.
- Assess the effectiveness of benefits and wellness programs and suggest improvements.
- Communicate to provide information and resolve inquiries about benefits and wellness offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits and wellness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A-Level ceritification or diploma from an accredited institution,
- Passion for employee wellness and benefits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
