Job Description:
- Assist the Clinic Executive to oversee smooth operations and provide necessary assistance to clinic service
- Schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of staff in the rostering
- Planning for the doctors' roster, resource allocations and load balancing
- Handle and investigate into patients' complaints and liase with relevant department
- Assist in the planning of the training programmes and activities for staff
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
