Contractual Period: 2 years (Convertible to Perm)
Job Description
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients
- Handle admission, discharge and transferring of patients into wards, which includes creating and maintaining proper personal records of patients without compromising any data and safety breaches.
- Making internal and external appointments for patients as per ordered by doctors.
- Ensure ward’s operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
- Provide basic financial counselling to patient and next-of-kin when requested.
- Manage stock inventory within the assigned ward.
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare documents throughout patients’ stay.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office), handling multiple systems such as SAP will be an advantage.
- Ability to speak a second language will be an advantage.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
- Must be comfortable with rotating shifts
- Prior experience in hospitality or service industries will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- 5 days’ work week (Monday to Saturday, including Public Holidays) on rotating shifts.
- Earliest shift starts from 8am to 5:30pm
- Latest shift starts from 11am to 8pm.
