Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process.
- Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
- Oversee company insurance renewals, including Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical, and Vehicle Insurance.
- Collaborate with dormitory operators on matters related to workers’ accommodations.
- Coordinate training and development programs, such as CSOC and core trade classes.
- Oversee all payroll-related tasks, including the maintenance of the time management system, leave administration, and statutory reporting.
- Manage government-related tasks, government-paid leave applications, and levy waivers.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in processing the full payroll cycle.
- Relevant qualifications in HR and administration.
- Proficiency in the Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
- Strong command of English.
