Description:
- Demonstrate high customer focus and responsiveness through direct interaction with customers and their operational teams.
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop staff in a diverse team environment, including implementing training plans for operational sustainability.
- Develop and maintain a quality management system to ensure customer deliverables and team performance meet SOPs, safety, quality, and security requirements.
- Lead and participate in initiatives to improve cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Take the lead in performing Flavors & Fragrances Laboratory Operations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences / Chemical Engineering
- Min. 1-2 years in a supervisory role in a chemistry laboratory environment is preferred
