- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs
- Conduct through cost analysis and value for project budgets
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process and identifying potential cost overrun
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to assess project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and present regular progress reports
- Conduct regular site visits to report site progress, quantities and values and verified payment cliams.
