Senior Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Account & Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
  • Managing new and existing client accounts.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.

2) Sales Target Achievements:

  • Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.

3) Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
  • Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.

4) Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance.

Qualification and Criteria:

Personality traits:

1) Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in talking to people.

2) Independence and Collaboration:

  • Able to work independently and work well with others.

3) Motivation and Results Orientation:

  • Self-motivated and results oriented.

Expertise:

1) Educational Background:

  • Degree or Diploma (with experience) in any related disciplines.

2) Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a good problem-solver.

3) Negotiation and Closing:

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to understand clients' business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

4) Adaptability and Time Management:

  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

5) Technology and System Proficiency:

  • Comfortable in using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Skilled in utilizing Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and photo editing is preferred

6) Adherence to Processes:

  • Good in following procedures and workflows
