- To evaluate and recommend on the award of construction contracts.
- To assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters ensuring compliance with appropriate procurement procedures.
- To prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows.
- To call for quotations, prepare and compile tender documents.
- Preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.
- Prepare of progress payments and final accounts.
- Quality take-off estimating, pricing, tender support submission and quantity measurement.
