We’re looking to add a Senior Engineer, Facility Engineering in Singapore. The position will be based in our GES office in Marsiling.
As a Senior Engineer, Facility Engineering, you will:
Involves in leading the Facilities Management (FM) team, overseeing both soft and hard services for the site. This includes planning and scheduling daily facilities support functions to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the position requires experience in managing a small team comprising both administrative and technical staff.
The key responsibilities are as below:
- Conduct daily building walkabouts to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal users, service partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare site-related SOPs and guides to train technical personnel.
- Prepare Requests for Quotes, source quotations, and create justification and summary papers for management approval.
- Provide secondary support to other venture sites on FM matters.
- Raise Purchase Requests/documents for management approval.
- Assist in preparing and following up on the Master Maintenance Schedule to ensure high-quality work delivery from vendors.
- Coordinate closely with HQ FM on Facilities Management approaches.
- Conduct toolbox/safety briefings for vendors before commencing work.
- Submit Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and ESG reports.
- Perform any other duties related to facilities management as assigned by the Company.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Diploma in Engineering / Building Management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities/building environment.
- Experienced in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard services.
- Experienced in Manufacturing environment and/or Managing Agent background is preferred.
- Hands-on in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Possess Safety First mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player with good communication skills.
