Description:
- Conduct month-end closing activities, including accruals, and assist in expense variance analysis across cost centers.
- Analyze monthly variances between actual and budgeted expenses.
- Review funded claims submissions.
- Review peer review and budget papers, providing financial analysis input.
- Generate data from the system and prepare working files for monthly reports.
- Approve ePay and purchase requisitions.
- Assist in projections, budgeting activities, and preparation of submission templates.
- Coordinate with shared services and cost centers to clean up the fixed asset listing for transfer to CDA.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Entry Level - No Need Experience , Training Provided
