- Develop budgets and business cases for international submarine cable systems, domestic terrestrial networks, or other strategic business initiatives
- Drive due diligence process for new developments by evaluating potential joint build partners / landing parties and coordinating cross-functional tasks
- Write memos / papers for FBO license application and for approvals from various Keppel Group stakeholders
- Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management
- Closely support sales process starting from MOU to Term Sheet, and eventual IRU Agreement negotiations to close deal with customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, hired consultants, and joint build partners in various Working Groups to mitigate risks, save costs and monitor the performance of suppliers and service providers
- Drive preparation of presentations for regular updates within Keppel Group, Board of Directors, Management, and Government Agencies
- Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- Min 10 years of experience in digital or communications infrastructure sectors preferred: e.g. date centres developer, subsea cable systems / terrestrial networks developer, investment banking, Big4 transactions advisory.
- Strong analytical mind and quantitative skillset, required
- Effective written and communication skills, required
- Willing to travel overseas
