Due to the steady demand for executive search services, there is now a great opportunity for an aspiring recruitment consultant to join the CFS team, with a sector focus on Energy & Commodities (‘E&C’).
One of the most successful practices in Kerry Consulting, the E&C Practice enjoys one of the largest client networks within the energy, power, utilities, metals & mining, agriculture, renewables, shipping and logistics sectors. The client profile ranges from commodities traders, integrated producers, infrastructure owners, ancillary service providers to investment management such as private equity firms with an E&C focus.
Role
As the specialist finance recruitment consultant in Finance & Strategy, he/ she will be the talent advisor, advising clients, on talent acquisition and management strategies within the accounting, finance and strategy functions. The recruitment consultant will also be the career advisor, evaluating candidates’ aspirations, goals and provide value added advice on career opportunities, providing end-to-end support ranging from interviews, offer management and onboarding. Business development is also a critical component of the recruitment consultant. He/ She will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow the client portfolio.
Requirements
You will ideally have at least 3 years of postgraduate experience from a reputable university. Those with proven track record in fast-paced and service-oriented industries such as commodities or the Big 4 professional accounting firms will have a distinct advantage. You will also be described as highly driven and entrepreneurial, with a concurrent passion for building strong people relationships. You will also be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas and action plans. You are also one who thrives in a collaborative and high integrity environment.
