Job scope
1. Plan and execute shopping mall events
2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
3. Providing administrative support – maintaining records of payment, updating of sales bookings
4. Work closely with our partners, clients, and the various government authorities to ensure all license requirements are achieved and adhered to, allowing the event business to run smoothly.
5. Assist in pre-planning, setup/ teardown and onsite management for events
6. Conduct on-site servicing to address clients’ feedback
7. Conduct on-site supervision of suppliers and move-in / move-out arrangements
8. Produce engaging video content and implement social media content strategies
9. Need go site take video or photo and able utilize AI tools for content generation, image editing and video editing
10. Create and editing posts and vidoes for various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, XHS etc.
11. Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
1. At least 2 years of working experiences, working experiences may not be relavent, on-the-job training will be provided
2. Manage and create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and etc, focusing on engaging stories and posts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
3. Have a strong passion for events.
4. Ability to work nights, weekends and in accordance to event schedules when needed.
5. Positive leaning attitude and possess excellent writing, communications and organizational skills.
6. A team player who is efficient, resourceful and meticulous.
7. Able to multi-task & work independently under a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
8. Possess strong interpersonal skills, have a flair for presentation, enjoy meeting people and not afraid of addressing a big crowd.
9. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Ability to converse with Mandarin-speaking suppliers will be a bonus
