Job Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring revenue from new and existing customers and markets. Oversee direct sales channels and manage bid activities for these channels.
- Deliver customer insights to the Product team, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Engage with assigned customers or prospects to sell company products in a specified geographic or market area. Aim to meet personal sales targets, develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and address specific customer issues.
- Create a sales plan to achieve revenue retention, growth, and new business for personal customer portfolio or sector, meeting or exceeding personal sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
- Implement client relationship management plans to identify and engage with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Set objectives for sales calls or meetings, tailor materials for engaging presentations to customer decision-makers, ask pertinent questions to gather information, gauge interest, and address areas needing further explanation.
- Build a personal network within the business sector, represent Organization at industry events, gather market intelligence, and enhance the company's visibility, reputation, and ability to provide comprehensive safety solutions.
- Develop product and service solutions with appropriate contractual terms that meet customers' mid- to long-term needs, incorporating input from internal specialists. Present solutions to customers and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters.
- Collaborate internally and act as the customer advocate in cross-functional teams to strengthen external customer relationships.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in marine sales or related industries.
- Possess extensive networks and knowledge within the marine sector.
- Brings along exposure in direct sales or providing technical support for the sales process.
- Develop strong customer relationships and offer customer-focused solutions.
- Location: North region
