Senior Sales

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (Hedge Fund, Commodities Trading Company, HFT Prop, etc) in the global market.

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.

Stay abreast of developments in both Chinese and global financial markets, including regulatory changes and industry trends.

Exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on the company's products and services to clients.

Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage a comprehensive client database.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

A minimum of three years of experience in Futures Brokerage or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of both Chinese and global financial markets.

Fluency in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

CMFAS Modules M1a, M2a, M6, M6a Certifications are required.
