About the role:


The Enterprise Sales Lead-Singapore will be responsible for developing opportunities, setting new client acquisition strategy and competitive positioning for selling TabSquare products and solutions within the F&B Industry across Singapore market. This position will report to the Regional Vice President Business Development , based in Singapore.

This position is key to our organization and gives the opportunity to sit in the driving seat of our business growth, making a tremendous impact on the overall trajectory of TabSquare in Singapore.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and set ambitious individual revenue targets through new client acquisition of mid market & enterprise restaurant chains in Singapore.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts and develop tailored sales plans.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing deals.
  • Build a individual targets that can achieve 100% target achievement on a quarterly basis
  • Understand trends within the F&B industry, competition and leverage the same understanding to define value proposition for our solutions.
  • Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process and take necessary steps to make them more efficient.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection and result tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably with approx. 4-5 years of experience of selling solutions or products to Enterprise level clients in F&B space or B2B software sales in the Singapore market.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients
  • Min 2 years of experience in a start-up preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences in one-on-one or to large groups settings.
  • Has client-centric approach to solution-selling, with an ability to influence and articulate a value proposition based on client understanding of the business
  • Highly motivated with an outgoing personality and a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • Demonstrated capability as a leader; experience in building and managing a team from different backgrounds & cultures.
