Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff; manage shift schedules and performance
- Address complaints and provide excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and handle financial tasks including inventory and payroll
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, along with company policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and special promotions to attract and retain customers
Salary and Renumeration
Gross Salary of $4000-$4600
Requirements
- Open to locals only
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in bars or restaurants
- Able to withstand long working hours
- Good team player
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Must be able to handle non-halal food / liquor
Other Information
- Rostered between 11am to 11pm (Operating hours)
- Avg. 9 hours shift per day
- 5-6 days work week
- Located at Orchard Area
