Responsibilities:
· B2C Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for internet platform products and services.
· B2C Online Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new global business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
· B2C Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Enhancing person-to-person sales relationships.
· Customer Feedback: Offer prompt feedback on customer inquiries and needs using diverse communication channels. Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of our internet platform offerings.
· Key Account Marketing experience ,online& offline.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, communications, Computers or marketing field.
· 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the internet platforms or digital solutions sector in B2C.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Fluently in English and Chinese, both oral and writing.
· Willingness to travel frequently.
· Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated with industry changes.
